I had the great pleasure of knowing Dave. He was smart and a loner. He served in the USMC at Cherry Point, NC as a "Hawk Eye Missile Gunner". Upon discharge, Dave had many plans but wanted a little R&R prior to his start. He then came back home to Hazleton and had a very bad accident while hunting. He is buried in Picture Rocks in Western Penna. He had a love for the PA GRAND CANYON and hiked it and camped very often. RIP Dave, You are not Forgotten!
