Noreen J. Stefanisko Charboneau, age 66, passed peacefully on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Born in Hazleton, PA, she was the daughter of Joan and John Stefanisko. Her infectious smile and humble heart will forever be remembered by those who knew her. She is survived by her mother, her four children, four grandchildren, and four siblings. A small private ceremony will be held in Minnesota and her remains will join her predeceased siblings and father in Hazleton, PA.
